1. Overview

HZYJ 21 and 22 static intermediate relays are suitable for various protection and automatic control circuits operated by AC or DC, as auxiliary relays to increase the number and capacity of contacts. This product is an integrated circuit static relay with high precision, low power consumption, short action time, high return coefficient, and intuitive and convenient setting. It overcomes the disadvantages of old electromagnetic type wires such as thin wires, multiple turns, and easy breakage and deterioration of action values after transportation. HZYJ-21、 Replace the DZ-31D, DZ-32B, DZJ-11, and DZJ-12 electromagnetic intermediate relays separately.
2. Main performance

HZY represents DC voltage operation, HZJ represents AC voltage operation.
This series of static intermediate relays adopts reliable integrated circuits, and multiple low voltage high-performance sealed relays are selected for the contacts.

Insulation resistance: Use a 1000V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between each lead terminal and the housing locking screw, which should not exceed 10MF2.  
Insulation withstand voltage: Each lead terminal can withstand 2000V of the power frequency with the locking screw of the shell, and can withstand 1000V of the power frequency between contacts in the same group for one minute without breakdown.  
Electrical lifespan: DC220V, cut-off current T=5ms, 50W, more than 104 times.  
Mechanical lifespan: The contact has no load for more than 3 million times.
