1. Scope of application
The HZB-20 and HZS-20 series static intermediate relays are used as auxiliary relays in various protection and automatic control circuits for AC/DC operations, with the number and capacity of contacts. It is the preferred product for updating intermediate relays in the power system.
HZB-20 and HZS-20 are composed of digital circuits and high-quality small relays, which are moisture-proof, continuous, high-precision, sensitive and reliable, have low power consumption, low temperature rise, power on light, light indication after action, and can be installed freely. Overcoming the disadvantages of electromagnetic relays such as easy disconnection and different contact actions. At the same time, it overcomes the shortcomings of similar products such as JZB-10B and JSB-10B series, which have large variations and unreliable performance. HZB-20 can replace similar products such as DZB-10B and JZB-10B. HZS-20 replaces DZS-10B, JZB-10B and other products respectively.
2. Main technical data
The technical data of HZB-20 series intermediate relays are shown in Table 1.
Contact disconnection capacity: 50 watts in a DC inductive load circuit with a voltage not exceeding 200 volts and a current not exceeding 1 ampere (time constant of 5 × 103 seconds); It is 250 volt ampere in an AC circuit. The contact is allowed to pass a current of no more than 5 amps for a long time.
The rated values of HZS-20 series delay intermediate relays are shown in Table 2.
The operating voltage shall not exceed 70% of the rated voltage, and the return voltage shall not be less than 2% of the rated voltage (this is not required for delay relays during return).
The action delay shall not be less than 0.06 seconds at rated voltage.
When returning: After being powered on for no less than 0.5 seconds and then disconnected from the power supply, the return time should not be less than 0.4 seconds.
Power consumption: not exceeding 5 watts at rated voltage.
Contact capacity: In a DC inductive load circuit with a voltage not exceeding 220 volts and a current not exceeding 1 ampere (time constant of 5 × 103 seconds), the breaking capacity is 50W; in an AC circuit, it is 250 volt amperes. The contact is allowed to pass a current of no more than 5 amps for a long time.
