1. Application scope of ZJ3-E series fast intermediate relay
The ZJ3-E series fast intermediate relay (hereinafter referred to as the relay) is used in secondary circuit relay protection and automatic control circuits of power systems to increase the number and capacity of contacts in protection and control circuits.

Contact form: 8 dynamic contacts; 4 dynamic connections and 4 dynamic disconnections; 6 in motion and 2 in motion.
Action value: The action voltage of the voltage type relay is 50-70% of the rated voltage value; The operating current of current type relays shall not exceed 80% of the rated current.
Holding value: When holding the current, it should not exceed 80% of the rated holding value; Relays with voltage holding windings shall maintain a voltage not exceeding 70% of the rated holding value.
Return value: not less than 5% of the rated value.
Action time: no more than 7ms.
Power consumption: not exceeding 8W.
Contact capacity: In a DC inductive load circuit with a voltage not exceeding 250V, a current not exceeding 5A, and a time constant of 5 ± 0.75ms, the output contact of the product has a breaking capacity of 50W. Under the specified load conditions, the output contact of the product can reliably operate and return 5 × 104 times. The long-term allowable current for the output contact is 5A.
Dielectric strength: The conductive terminals of the product are connected together and can withstand an AC voltage of 2000V (effective value) 50Hz for 1 minute between exposed non charged metal parts or shells without insulation breakdown or flashover.
