1. Overview
The HL series integrated circuit current relay is used as a starting element in overload short-circuit protection devices for motors, transformers, and transmission lines. This product is an integrated circuit static relay with high precision, low power consumption, short action time, high return coefficient, intuitive and convenient setting. It overcomes the shortcomings of electromagnetic relays such as easy contact shaking, high working noise, difficult adjustment of action return coefficient, and variable action value after transportation. The product is divided into three series

Auxiliary power supply: AC/DC dual-use 220V, 110V, 48V
Setting range: 2-99.9A
Setting error: Under benchmark conditions, the setting enterprise value error shall not exceed ± 2.5%; one
The consistency shall not exceed 1.5% of the set value.
Return coefficient: Under benchmark conditions, the return action value of any integer point is not less than 0.9.
Power consumption: The power consumption of the AC circuit is less than 2VA, and the power consumption of the DC circuit is less than 5W.
Contact capacity: In a DC inductive load circuit with a voltage not exceeding 250V, a current not exceeding 5A, and a time constant of 5 ± 0.75ms, the output contact of the product has a breaking capacity of 50W. The output contact can reliably operate under the specified load conditions

Dielectric strength: The conductive terminals of the product are connected to the exposed non charged metal parts or shells, and can withstand a 2000V (effective value) 50Hz AC voltage for 1 minute without any edge breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
