The IK100 series encoder is a speed and displacement sensor that integrates optical, mechanical, and electrical technologies. When the encoder shaft drives the grating disk to rotate, the light emitted by the light-emitting element is cut into intermittent light rays by the grating disk and slit, and received by the receiving element to generate an initial signal. After subsequent circuit processing, the signal is output as a pulse (or code) signal.

It has small size, safety and convenience, good interchangeability, and strong anti-interference.
High speed: up to 6000rpm, high frequency response 0-100KHz. The application user requires a maximum of 300KHZ. When placing an order, please specify this requirement.
Wide resolution range: 10-100000P/R, wide application temperature range: standard application temperature -10 ℃ -70 ℃; High temperature application temperature -25 ℃~100 ℃; Extremely high application temperature -35 ℃~120 ℃ (please specify special requirements for orders).
Strong axle load capacity, impact resistance, good earthquake resistance, high reliability, and long working life.
Equipped with partial load short-circuit protection circuit, it can be equipped with a driver to extend the signal transmission distance.
