The ZL-1H six half wave rectifier converts AC power into DC power to supply power to the electromagnetic brake.

The rectifier wiring methods include AC switch and DC switch, as shown in the following figure:
The AC switch is connected directly with wires for 5 and 6.
The DC switch is connected to the normally open point of the AC contactor at 5 and 6. This wiring method can effectively shorten the response time of the brake, and the response time of the AC switch brake is about 6 to 10 times that of the DC switch.
If the ambient temperature is too high, the rectifier should be installed in the control cabinet.
