Purpose: The DRD-98 engine room alarm system is suitable for use as an engine room alarm on ships, generating three types of signals: sound, flashing, and markings. It can also be used as other alarm systems, and its technical performance meets the requirements of the International Maritime Organization's 19th IMO General Assembly resolutions.

Sound alarm: Three tones are arranged according to international standards, ensuring 85dB and adding 10dB to the cabin background noise.
