The YDX series power frequency resonance test transformer is mainly used for AC withstand voltage testing of power cables, generator sets, power capacitors, and large capacity test samples. Suitable for manufacturing enterprises such as power plants, cable manufacturers, and power capacitor factories.

Performance:
The smaller volume, lower capacity, and better voltage waveform meet the requirements for withstand voltage testing of large capacity high-voltage equipment.

Characteristics of YDX series power frequency resonance test transformer:

1. By adjusting the air gap of the iron core, the inductance of this device can be changed to achieve resonance with the high-capacity test sample;
2. The power supply capacity is only 1/Q of the output capacity;
3. The weight is about 1/5 to 10 of traditional power frequency test transformer equipment;
4. There is no transient overvoltage during the breakdown of the test sample;
5. Wide applicability, flexible on-site application, and a wide range of sample capacitance;
6. When the sample breaks down, the resonance condition is disrupted, and the short-circuit current will automatically decrease to the minimum value, resulting in a small short-circuit current flowing through the fault point;
7. The supporting rectifier device can be used as a DC withstand voltage test device;
8. By configuring appropriate compensation reactors, inter stage AC withstand voltage tests can be conducted on collective capacitors (maximum single-phase 10000kVar, three-phase 20000kVar), with a capacity of up to 600MW for hydroelectric generators and up to 900MW for thermal power generators.
