Features and Applications:
The ZBL4 series fully enclosed direct cooling DC motor is a newly developed product based on the Z4 series forced air cooling DC motor. In addition to the small size, light weight, high output power, and complete suitability for static integrated current power supply unique to the original Z4 series motor, it also has a closed casing, making it particularly suitable for places with dust and metal chips.
The ZBL4 series fully enclosed DC motor adopts a fully laminated frame, which is suitable for the working conditions of static rectifier power supply and can withstand the current change rate that cannot be achieved by the entire frame. The stator adopts an octagonal structure, with extremely high space utilization and precise magnetic pole installation and positioning. It also adopts computer-aided design to control the electrical parameters appropriately, resulting in good commutation performance of the motor. The outer surface of the frame has special heat dissipation ribs, which increase the effective heat dissipation surface area of the motor. Thus, the output power under the effective volume of the motor is increased.
The motor adopts F-pole insulation material. The insulation structure is novel and reliable, ensuring stable insulation performance and good heat dissipation.
Electric motors with a rated voltage of 400 volts or 440 volts can operate stably for a long time under the conditions of three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier power supply and external DC smoothing reactors. The motor with a rated voltage of 160 volts is powered by a single-phase bridge rectifier power supply, which suppresses pulsating current. A DC smoothing reactor must be connected to the motor circuit, and its inductance value is shown in the technical data sheet.
The installation dimensions of this series of motors comply with the international standard IEC72, except for the axial dimension "B" between the two foot holes

Motor performance:
The data in the technical data sheet should work according to the following usage conditions
a. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;
b. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius;
c. The working environment should not contain acidic, alkaline or other gases that have a corrosive effect on insulation;
d. The motor operates continuously (S1);
e. The armature circuit and excitation circuit of the motor can be powered by a static rectifier power supply, and are also suitable for being powered by a DC generator;
f. The performance of this series of motors complies with the national standard GB755-87 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Electrical Machines" and is also assessed in accordance with the requirements of the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC34-1 or the German national standard DIN57530
2. The standard rated voltage of the motor is 160 volts and 440 volts, and can also be derived from 220 volts, 400 volts, or other voltages according to specific situations;
The rated speed of the motor is 30001500750 revolutions per minute, with a total of 4 gears. Reduce the excitation voltage to constant power speed regulation, with the speed regulation range shown in the technical data sheet. Reduce the armature voltage to constant torque speed regulation. Under the condition of continuous armature current, the minimum speed is 20 revolutions per minute, and the rated torque can still be maintained with a stable speed;
4. The standard excitation voltage is 180 volts, and other excitation voltages can also be negotiated. In order to ensure the reliability of the excitation system insulation, a release resistor must be connected in parallel at both ends of the excitation winding when disconnecting the excitation circuit to prevent self induced potential. At the standard excitation voltage, its value is about seven times the excitation winding resistance (cold state). When the excitation voltage is higher than the standard value, the parallel release resistor value can be less than seven times, otherwise it is greater than seven times;
5. The motor's output box is equipped with grounding sign terminals;
The efficiency values in the technical data sheet are the efficiency at rated power, rated voltage, and speed, including excitation losses

3. The installation method of the motor complies with the international GB997-81 regulations, including IMB3, IMB5, IMB35, IMV1, IMV15, IMV3IMV36, etc;
4. The outer surface of the motor casing has heat dissipation ribs, and the outlet box is located above the end cover on the commutator side;
5. The non rotating side of the motor can be equipped with speed measuring generators, encoders, and other accessories
