The CXG1 low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the distribution box) is a new generation of indoor complete equipment developed by our company using internationally advanced distribution box assembly technology and modular manufacturing technology, and meets the GB 7251.1 standard. Suitable for distribution systems with a frequency of 50Hz, AC rated working voltage of 400V/230V, rated current of 630A and below, used for power distribution, control, and overload, short circuit, overvoltage, and leakage protection of electrical equipment. The relatively complete coordination between the distribution box and our company's circuit breaker ensures the high reliability of the product. Distribution boxes can be widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings, high-rise buildings, hospitals, squares, stations, residential areas, and many other fields.
The box is a modular assembly structure, and the specially designed plastic columns enable the box to be flexibly combined to form multiple sizes, meeting different requirements and improving product standardization, making installation, maintenance, and replacement more convenient;

The CXG1 modular terminal distribution box functional unit is installed in an independent module form, which is easy to maintain and replace;
Each module can be combined arbitrarily, and each combination can find a box that perfectly matches it for installation;
The box can be expanded in four directions through the middle column, which can meet the requirements of relatively complex systems and can be easily expanded on the basis of the original system;
Provide three types of expansion units with different widths, suitable for situations that require independent busbar space, cable outlet space, or independent installation space for incoming circuit breakers;
Split and serialized main busbar clamps not only facilitate installation, maintenance, and repair, but also reduce costs and ensure safety;
Provide three installation methods: embedded, floor standing, and wall mounted;
Adopting a double door structure: the glass outer door is aesthetically pleasing and elegant, while the metal inner door can enhance the level of operational protection;
The distribution box has obtained the national mandatory product certification "CCC" mark.

2. Normal usage conditions
Indoor use;
The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, and its average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;
The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -5 ℃;
Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean, with a relative humidity not exceeding 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed. For example, the relative humidity is 90% at+20 ℃. However, it should be taken into account that moderate condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes;
The pollution level is level 3;
The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
The installation inclination shall not exceed 5 °;
