The QCR1 series AC motor soft starter allows for 3 uniform starts per hour under normal load. If it is a light load start, it may be suitable to increase the number of starts, up to a maximum of 6 starts per hour.
Allow the starter to start twice in a row from a cold state, with each start time not exceeding 25 seconds and an interval of more than 30 seconds between each start. If the coil temperature rises too high after connecting the starter, it should be cooled to the ambient air temperature before starting again.
