The QT1B series linkage console is mainly used in the main and control circuits of AC 50HZ rated voltage 380V and below and DC voltage 220V and below, to control the starting, speed regulation, braking, and commutation of electric motors in lifting and transportation machinery and similar electrical control equipment.

Structural features and operating principles

The console is mainly composed of left and right control boxes, seats, and base. The control box has two specifications: four mechanism and six mechanism (the four mechanism box can accommodate four controllers, and the six mechanism box can accommodate six controllers). The height of the seat and the tilt of the backrest can be freely adjusted, and it can be folded and flipped to ensure smooth passage. The left and right control boxes and seats are installed on the base with screws or directly on the chassis of the cab, which can be disassembled for easy maintenance.
Each contact group of the controller in the console adopts double breakpoint contacts and has a good arc extinguishing device. The contact groups are combined in a staggered manner, arranged reasonably, to make the leads, wiring, and maintenance better.
The operation of the console can be achieved by driving two controllers separately or simultaneously through two sets of gears driven by the joystick. The outlet of the handle is equipped with a dust-proof sealing device, and the operating positions of front, back, left, right, and lifting can meet the requirements of actual use. It is divided into 1-6 gears, with a maximum of 23 contacts. Additional electrical components are installed on the top cover of the box to control various signal systems for other actions of the crane.
The console handle operation is flexible, reliable, and has obvious and accurate positioning, and is equipped with a zero position self-locking device. The zero position self-locking has two functions: lifting the self-locking rod before normal operation; Lift the lower handle of the self-locking lever and rotate it 15 degrees to maintain disengagement from the self-locking mechanism. After restoration, the self-locking mechanism will be restored to ensure safe driving or parking.
The rotary control console uses a rotating device to adjust the order. The control console can be operated with feet within a range of 120 ° (i.e. 60 ° on each side) along with the chassis, staying at any angle to ensure that the operator has a direct line of sight and no blind spots are left.

Transportation and storage conditions

6.1 During transportation and storage, it should be protected from rain and snow, and the storage location should be well ventilated and dry.
During transportation and storage, the temperature condition of the control console is -25~+55 ℃, and the temperature can reach+70 ℃ within 24 hours.
Usage and maintenance

7.1 Open box inspection: Check whether the appearance is intact and undamaged, whether the operating mechanism is flexible, whether the zero position self-locking is reliable, whether the wiring and electrical principles are consistent, and whether the closure of the grounding head is consistent with the drawings.
7.2. The console with zero position self-locking must be operated by pulling up the self-locking lever with fingers.
It is strictly prohibited to forcefully operate without pulling up the self-locking rod.
7.3 Generally, the contacts of the control panel should be cleaned once a year. When cleaning the contacts, cotton dipped in anhydrous alcohol can be used for scrubbing. Regularly inspect the fasteners of the operating mechanism and contact mechanism.
