Scope of application
The QT4 QT8 QTF series crane control console is mainly used in control circuits for AC 50HZ (60HZ), 380V (440) and below, to control the starting, speed regulation, braking, and reversing of the electric motors of lifting and transportation machinery.
Model meaning
Structural features and working principle
The structure of the console consists of left and right control boxes and seats (optional). The control console lever drives the camshaft to rotate through gear transmission, achieving the requirement of contact closure. The front, back, left, and right positions can meet the actual usage requirements. It is divided into 1-6 gears, and each console can simultaneously control four mechanism contact groups, namely the lifting mechanism, the crane mechanism, the trolley mechanism (amplitude changing mechanism), the slewing mechanism, etc. Each contact group can be equipped with multiple contacts, and the number of contacts is shown in Table 1. The QT4 and QTf crane control consoles are equipped with automatic reset mechanisms.

Usage and maintenance
6.1 Open box inspection: Check whether the appearance is intact and undamaged, whether the operating mechanism is flexible, whether the zero position self-locking is reliable, and whether the wiring is consistent with the electrical schematic.
6.2. The console with zero position self-locking must be operated by pulling the self-locking lever with fingers. It is strictly prohibited to forcefully operate without pulling up the self-locking rod.
6.3 Generally, the contacts of the control panel should be cleaned once a year. When cleaning the contacts, a cotton swab dipped in anhydrous alcohol can be used for scrubbing. Regularly inspect the fasteners of the operating mechanism and contact mechanism.
Transportation and storage conditions
7.1 During transportation and storage, it should be protected from rain and snow, and the storage location should be well ventilated and dry.
During transportation and storage, the temperature condition of the control console is -25~+55 ℃, and the temperature can reach+70 ℃ for a short period of time (24 hours).
