Scope of application
The DQT1 series crane control console is mainly used in AC 50HZ or 60HZ voltage up to 380V and DC voltage up to 220V control circuits to control the starting, speed regulation, commutation, and braking of electric motors in crane transport machinery and similar electrical control equipment.
The DQT1 series crane controller is a product developed by our factory using advanced German technology.
The DQT1 series crane controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) complies with the German VDE0660 standard and also meets the JB/T6748-93 "Crane Control Console" standard. The product performance has reached the advanced level of the early 1990s internationally.

The classification can be divided into two types of controller models and their meanings according to the operation mode, as follows:

The controller consists of two parts: the control mechanism and the conversion switch. The handles of the control mechanism come in three types: circular, square, and square with buttons, and the transmission of the mechanism is toothed rotation. By operating the handle and driving the cam in the switch through gear transmission, the opening and closing action of the switch contact group is achieved. When the user needs it, the controller can have automatic reset and zero position self-locking, and can be equipped with potentiometers, etc.
In order to avoid misoperation of the controller due to vibration and accidental collision of cranes and other equipment, a zero position self-locking mechanism can be installed on the control handle. As shown in Figure 3, the handle consists of upper and lower hemispheres. Only when the lower hemisphere is lifted can the handle be moved away from the zero position for operation. If you frequently manipulate the joystick and feel inconvenient to operate, you can lift the lower hemisphere and rotate it clockwise by 70 °, and the zero position self-locking will not work.
The maximum operating angle of the controller handle is ± 42 °, the maximum operating force is 20N, and the control gear can be selected from 0 to 6 forward and reverse gears. The controller can control up to 2 conversion switches, and the handle can be operated in a "+" or "m" shape. When controlling a single conversion switch, it can only be operated in a "1" or "1" shape. The maximum number of contact groups for each conversion switch is 12.

The controller is suitable for both 8-hour working mode and intermittent cycle working mode. The rated operating rate is 600 times/h, with a short-term allowance of no more than 1200 times/h and a load factor of 40%.
The mechanical life of the controller at rated operating rate is 3 × 105 times, the electrical life is 6 * 105 times in the AC-15 usage category, and 3 * 105 times in the DC-13 usage category
