Overview

The LK □ and LK5G series product controllers are cam non adjustable master controllers (hereinafter referred to as controllers) with a rated heating current of 10 amperes. This product is suitable for rated voltages up to AC 50HZ380 volts and below, DC 220 volts and below, and is used for frequent switching of control circuits in transmission devices. It is an ideal replacement product for the LK1 and LK5 series without changing the installation size.

（2） Under the conditions in Table 2, the electrical life of the controller shall be no less than 1 million times for AC and no less than 400000 times for DC connection and disconnection. Table 2

（3） The mechanical lifespan of the controller shall not be less than 3 million cycles
structure
The LK □ and LK5G series controllers use cold drawn steel plates instead of traditional cast iron structures, and adopt a flat layout direct acting structure as a whole, which has the advantages of small volume, light weight, low operating force, and high service life. The main components include contact boxes, cam systems, and ratchet systems. The contact box is equipped with an arc extinguishing chamber, which is pressed from melamine. Communication relies on natural arc extinguishing, direct current relies on permanent magnetic arc extinguishing, and the cam is made of phenolic resin pressed. When the operating handle drives the cam to rotate, the contacts open or close, and the controlled circuit is disconnected or connected.

The LK □ and LK5G series master controllers have installation holes for various master controllers such as LK1 series, LK5 series, and LK17 series, and have all the functions of each series of master controllers. It is an ideal product for upgrading or replacing, as shown in Figures 1-5

Usage and Maintenance

（1） When the whole machine leaves the factory, the handle is not assembled. When installing the handle, the user should first install the positioning part in the flat groove position on the shaft end, screw the screw into the positioning and press it on the flat groove, use a wrench to tighten the nut on the upper end of the screw clockwise to maintain sufficient pressure between the screw and the shaft end, and then tighten the nut on the lower end of the screw on the positioning part. If the handle is found to be loose during use, it can be tightened according to the above operation method.
（2） During operation, if the controller contacts are found to be covered with dust or oxidized particles caused by arcing that affect the connection, a dry cloth or small steel file should be used to clean them, and sandpaper is not allowed to clean the contacts.
（3） The rotating parts of bearings and gears should be regularly coated with clean lubricating oil.

The attached table is operated according to the installation method shown in the external drawing. When the handle is pushed forward (i.e. the right part of the zero position is closed), it indicates that the controlled mechanism is "rising" or "moving forward". When the handle is pushed back (i.e. the left part of the zero position is closed), it indicates that the controlled mechanism is "descending" or "backward".
