Overview

The XLK23 series master controller adopts the IEC standard and has an advanced and reasonable structure. Among similar products, it has small size, light weight, impact resistance, easy installation, lightweight use, simple maintenance, and especially does not change the installation size of the product. It can directly replace controllers such as LK1, LK5, LK16, LK17, LK18, LKW, etc. This product is used for traditional electrical control in industries such as metallurgy, lifting, mining, machinery, and steel rolling.

Overview and Explanation of Structure

The LK23 series master controller is made of steel plate and has a unique square shaft and square hole fixing parts for fixing the handle. The main components include contact engagement, cam system ratchet system, arc extinguishing chamber, made of engineering plastic, with good transparent sealing performance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and high service life.
Main technical parameters
The mechanical lifespan of the controller shall not be less than 3 million cycles, the electrical lifespan shall not be less than 1 million cycles, and the DC lifespan shall not be less than 400000 cycles. The connection and disconnection are shown in the table below:

Usage and maintenance

1. The handle and additional bottom corner are shown in Appendix (2)
2. If the wear of the controller contacts exceeds half, the contact box should be replaced. Pay attention to AC and DC.
