Overview


This product is a new generation controller developed and produced using IEC standards and advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. It changes the traditional installation method from on disk installation to off disk installation and on disk operation, making the operating table clean. This product has the advantages of small size, flexible operation, and simple maintenance.
A、 It is suitable for multi-directional control circuits with AC 380V, DC 220V, and current 10A.
B、 Analog controller, suitable for DC speed regulation, electric shaft control, angle, displacement, signal transmission, etc. It includes the use of devices such as self-tuning machines, rotary transformers, and potentiometers to achieve control objectives.
The structure of the controller is single directional and vertical/horizontal cross directional operation, with installation under the panel and operation on the panel. It is a substitute for import and export products and a replacement for controllers.

1. The controller operates under the conditions listed in Table 1. The electrical lifespan shall be no less than 1 million AC cycles and no less than 400000 DC cycles. Connect and disconnect as shown in Table 1:

structure

XLK23P is a new type of controller that can be operated on the disk and installed under the disk. It is made of advanced engineering plastic and consists of a "ten" or "one" directional control mechanism, arc extinguishing chamber, reset mechanism, etc. According to the needs, each controller can be equipped with up to four controllers, and each controller can be equipped with up to six contact boxes. Each contact box has two pairs of double break contacts, which control two independent circuits. There is an emergency button on the handle, which can be used for safety emergency and other special controls.
The analog master controller is controlled by manipulating the joystick to change the output angle of the self regulating angle machine, rotary transformer, and potentiometer, and adjusting the voltage and resistance signals.
Installation, use and maintenance
1. When installing, flip over the dust cover, remove the decorative panel, align the controller with the installation hole from under the panel, cover the decorative panel, tighten the screws to secure the non military area, flip down the dust cover, and cover the controller. Do not disassemble any components of the controller.
2. During installation, the "one" and "|" directions for one-way operation can be installed as needed without changing the controller. But attention should be paid to the closing direction of the forward, backward, left, and right controllers.
3. When the whole machine leaves the factory, there is lubricating grease in the control mechanism and other parts, and the controller complies with the closed table. Before using the joystick, check whether the contact closure indicator rod matches the closure table. If there is any error, please contact the manufacturer immediately.
4. During operation, if the wear of the controller contacts exceeds one-third, the contact box should be replaced and attention should be paid to AC and DC.
5. When installing and replacing self regulating order organic or rotary transformers and potentiometers for analog controllers, attention should be paid to voltage, specifications, and resistance values. After adjusting the zero position, the self regulating angle machine or rotary transformer and potentiometer should be firmly secured.
6. Regularly open the dust cover and apply a small amount of oil or glycerin to the mechanism.
7. This product is strictly prohibited from being cleaned with solvents containing phenol aldehydes, and high-temperature baking is strictly prohibited.
