YE2GW80-180 High Temperature Resistant Three Phase Asynchronous Motor Purpose:

With the development of textile printing and dyeing machinery, higher requirements have been put forward for the use conditions, performance and other indicators of motors, especially for the circulating fans of printing and dyeing machinery. The use conditions are even more harsh, and the hardness of the motor shaft, the high temperature resistance of the bearings and winding coils in the past could not meet their requirements. When used in textile printing and dyeing machinery, the stability and reliability are poor, and phenomena such as winding burnout and bearing biting often occur, causing serious economic losses such as downtime and production stoppage to users.
The YE2GW series high-temperature resistant motor is a second-generation new type of high-temperature resistant motor developed by our company based on nearly 20 years of supporting the printing and dyeing machinery industry and customer requirements. It has a new appearance and adds front and rear end cover injection and discharge holes. At the same time, an oil slinging structure is added to the inner cover to prevent grease from being squeezed into the motor cavity during refueling. And connect it to the tail of the motor with a standardized oil pipe, allowing users to refuel the bearings normally without disassembling the motor. When the operating environment is ≤ 55 ℃, the outlet shaft and flange can work continuously and normally when directly connected to the circulating fan in harsh environments where the temperature rises to 250 ℃. All bearings are made of high-temperature resistant special bearings. After running for about 1500 hours, the motor should be lubricated with 7017-1 high-temperature resistant grease to ensure the service life of the bearings. H-grade insulation materials are used on all motor materials to extend the service life of the motor and ensure continuous production in the printing and dyeing machinery industry. It has the characteristics of compact structure, reliable performance, convenience and durability.
