YX3VP series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor

The YX3VP series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor is the latest generation of dedicated variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor launched by our company. This series of motors is a universal variable frequency speed control motor developed and designed based on the Y/Y2 series motors. It can be well matched with frequency converters from different manufacturers in the current market, with a frequency range of 5~100Hz or 3~100Hz.
The entire series of motors adopts computer optimized design, which minimizes the impact of high-order harmonics caused by frequency converters on the motors. The power level and installation size of the motor comply with the technical specifications of YX3VP series (IP55) variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC721 standard, which is the same as the commonly used Y/Y2 series motors in China, making it convenient for users to replace and repair.
The YX3VP series variable frequency speed control motor is used in conjunction with a frequency converter, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, obvious energy-saving effect, smooth driving, wide speed range, and excellent fast response performance. It can be widely used in high-precision speed control applications such as CNC, textile, and metallurgy, and can also be applied to wind and water pump loads for energy-saving purposes. The average energy saving rate of a single machine can reach 30-60%, with considerable social and economic benefits.

Terms of Use
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
2. Environmental temperature: -15~40 ℃.
3. Working mode: Continuous work system (S1).
4. The rated voltage is 380V or 660V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the allowable variation range of the rated voltage is ± 5%, and the allowable variation range of the rated frequency is ± 1%.
5. The electric motor is driven by a coupling.
6. The protection level of the motor casing is IP55 (see GB/T4942.1).
7. The cooling method for the electric motor is IC411 (see GB/T1993).
