NGW type cooling tower dedicated gear reduction motor

The NGW type low-noise planetary gear reducer is another type of cooling tower matching product, suitable for occasions with strict noise requirements and high cooling tower tonnage. Due to the adoption of planetary gear transmission, it can withstand high-speed and heavy loads, and has the advantages of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, smooth operation, and low noise. Its supporting motor is the YLF2 series cooling tower dedicated three-phase asynchronous motor. The gear material selection of this reducer is meticulous, and the manufacturing process is strict. After mechanical processing, it undergoes heat treatment such as quenching, carburizing, and tempering. All gears are finally ground (external teeth) to ensure the overall quality of the reducer.

Installation and use:
(1) Before installation, check whether the gearbox and fan match the design requirements;
(2) A rubber pad with a thickness of 10-15mm should generally be added between the reducer and the installation frame to reduce vibration;
(3) After installation, the gap between the fan blades and the tower body should be checked for uniformity. When manually rotating the fan blades, they should rotate flexibly without any jamming phenomenon;
(4) Lubricating oil must be added before operation. The lubricating oil is HL-30 # gear oil and ordinary mechanical oil cannot be used;
(5) After confirming that the installation is qualified, it can be powered on for operation. The operation should be smooth without any abnormalities, and the motor current should not exceed the rated current. After running for 1 hour, the machine needs to be stopped to check if the fasteners are loose and if there is any oil leakage (seepage) in the sealing parts. Only after checking for no abnormalities can it be officially turned on and run.

Maintenance and upkeep of NGW type cooling tower dedicated gear reduction motor:
(1) The newly installed gearbox should have its lubricating oil replaced and the gearbox cleaned after half a month of operation. In the future, the oil should be changed every 2000-3000 hours of cumulative operation;
(2) During normal operation, the lubricating oil level should be checked regularly through the sight hole. If oil leakage is found, the oil seal should be replaced in a timely manner;
(3) The reducer should be inspected once a year to check whether the gears, bearings, oil seals and other components are normal, and if necessary, they should be replaced.
