DGC35/127N (B) coal mine explosion-proof bracket lamp is an improved version that has been modified and redesigned based on the shortcomings of the original NB235N coal mine explosion-proof bracket lamp (referred to as Type I) in years of production practice and use. The explosion-proof performance and electrical performance of this lamp comply with the requirements of GB3836-2000 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments, and have passed the inspection of the Shanghai Explosion proof Inspection Station of the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The explosion-proof mark is Ex, and the explosion-proof form is d1.
Main Features
Type B flame-proof bracket lamp is a comprehensive summary and modification of type I flame-proof bracket lamp. The explosion-proof structure and materials have been greatly improved, which ensures the safety quality (explosion-proof performance) of the lamp. The structure is more reasonable, easy to use and maintain, and is more progressiveness than type I flame-proof bracket lamp. 1. The lighting fixtures use high-efficiency and energy-saving low-power high-pressure sodium lamps as the light source, with a luminous efficiency of 65 lumens/watt, which is five times that of incandescent lamps and three times that of fluorescent lamps, significantly saving lighting electricity
2. The high-pressure sodium light source used in the lamp is a dual core tube. When one core is working and the other core is in a "waiting" state, if one core reaches the end of its life or is damaged, the "waiting" tube core can automatically replace the extinguished core to continue working, thus making the lamp highly reliable and long-lasting.
