DGC35/127N (B) coal mine explosion-proof bracket lamp is an improved version that has been modified and redesigned based on the shortcomings of the original NB235N coal mine explosion-proof bracket lamp (referred to as Type I) in years of production practice and use. The explosion-proof performance and electrical performance of this lamp comply with the requirements of GB3836-2000 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments, and have passed the inspection of the Shanghai Explosion proof Inspection Station of the National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. The explosion-proof mark is Ex, and the explosion-proof form is d1.
Main Features
Type B flame-proof bracket lamp is a comprehensive summary and modification of type I flame-proof bracket lamp. The explosion-proof structure and materials have been greatly improved, which ensures the safety quality (explosion-proof performance) of the lamp. The structure is more reasonable, easy to use and maintain, and is more progressiveness than type I flame-proof bracket lamp. In addition to the characteristics of explosion-proof lamps used in coal mines, this lamp also has the following features:
1. The lighting fixtures use high-efficiency and energy-saving low-power high-pressure sodium lamps as the light source, with a luminous efficiency of 65 lumens/watt, which is five times that of incandescent lamps and three times that of fluorescent lamps, significantly saving lighting electricity
2. The high-pressure sodium light source used in the lamp is a dual core tube. When one core is working and the other core is in a "waiting" state, if one core reaches the end of its life or is damaged, the "waiting" tube core can automatically replace the extinguished core to continue working, thus making the lamp highly reliable and long-lasting. The service life reaches 1 50000 hours, which is 3-4 times the usage of general fluorescent lamps. A working face with a dry meter direction takes about 10 months at normal mining speed, and there is no need to replace the lamp tube, saving maintenance time.  
3. Due to the dual core structure used in high-pressure sodium lamps, in the event of an instant power outage during use, the "waiting" core can immediately start, overcoming the characteristic of ordinary single core high-pressure sodium lamps that cannot be restarted immediately in the hot state after an instant power outage, and avoiding the danger of pulse delay caused by the trigger.  
4. The lamp uses an E27 spiral explosion-proof special lamp holder, which not only ensures safety when replacing the bulb, but also has a mechanism in the lamp holder to prevent the spiral bulb from loosening on its own, and does not require a separate power-off locking device, improving the seismic performance of the lamp.  
5. This lamp adopts a high-pressure sodium light source, which has the characteristics of good seismic resistance and strong fog transmission, and is more suitable for places with dust. When using fluorescent lamps for illumination, the coal mining machine passes under the lamp, and the driver can hardly see the coal wall and roof, which are covered by fog. After using high-pressure sodium lamps, the coal wall and roof can be clearly seen during mining, so using this lamp has high visibility, increases safety, and improves labor efficiency.
6. The transparent cover of this lamp has strong impact resistance, meeting the 1kg.m impact test requirements of the GB3836-2000 national standard. The protective net can be removed, and the inner wall of the transparent cover is equipped with prisms, which not only makes the lamp look beautiful, but also has good transparency, wide radiation without distortion, and is easy to clean dust on the lampshade.  
7. The lamp has a compact structure, small volume, and easy handling. Using a 127V AC power supply, installed under the front beam of the bracket, the installation and wiring are very convenient, firm, neat, and beautiful. (If there is a special need for 220V, it can also be customized)
