The TYPE4 series ultra efficient variable frequency speed regulation three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor (hereinafter referred to as the motor) has the advantages of low loss, low temperature rise, high efficiency, high power factor, compact structure, small volume, low noise, and small vibration. It also has the advantages of high starting torque, short starting time, and high overload capacity. The electric motor is easy to control, with a constant speed that does not vary with load fluctuations or voltage fluctuations, and is only determined by frequency, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Due to strict speed synchronization and good dynamic response performance, it is suitable for variable frequency control. When designing the motor, a squirrel cage design was added based on the characteristics of asynchronous motors, which can achieve asynchronous starting during start-up and improve the defect of large vibration during the starting process of synchronous motors. When designing the motor, the external dimensions should be synchronized with the IEC standard requirements, which can seamlessly replace three-phase asynchronous motors.
The motor is used in conjunction with a frequency converter to achieve constant torque speed regulation at 5-50Hz; 50-100Hz to achieve constant power speed regulation.
It can be equipped with an independent fan to ensure reliable and constant cooling effect of the motor throughout the entire frequency range.
The energy efficiency of the motor meets the Level 1 energy efficiency standard of GB30253-2013 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Grades for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors".
Through high-temperature resistant design, the motor can operate continuously under S1 working mode during normal use, and can also run normally for 2 hours in high-temperature environments, such as 300 degrees Celsius. As a driving device, it is installed on the subway tunnel fan to provide reliable ventilation and smoke exhaust facilities for various types of subway hotels and large buildings.
