1、 Purpose:
CZC1 (CZ28) -25-630 series electromagnetic DC contactor is a vehicle electrical product mainly used in DC power systems, electrical drives, and vehicle DC circuits with rated DC voltages of 440V, 600V, and rated working currents of 25A~630A. It serves as a control component for starting, reverse braking or reversing, and inching of DC motors. This product complies with the GB 14048.4-2003/IEC60 947-4-7: 2000 standard.


3、 Installation and usage conditions
1. Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters;
2. The ambient temperature is between+40 ℃ and -25 ℃;
3. Relative humidity of 50%~90% without condensation phenomenon;
4. Enduring impact vibration: meets the requirements of 5.1.1. f in TB1333 "Technical Conditions for Electrical Appliances";
5. Installation conditions: The inclination angle between the installation surface of the contactor and the vertical surface shall not exceed 5 °.
4、 Structural characteristics
1. The product structure is simple, compact, lightweight, small in size, and serialized.
2. Good arc initiation and extinguishing performance, using a bidirectional large arc initiation angle, and an arc extinguishing cover with a composite structure of unsaturated polyester flame retardant, arc resistant plastic, and ceramic double-layer labyrinth large arc extinguishing chamber. When the contact is disconnected, the arcing time is short and the service life is long.
3. The attraction coil adopts high-strength polyester enameled wire, and the surface is pressed and formed with flame-retardant unsaturated polyester glass fiber molding material. Has good insulation performance and can achieve B-level insulation; Has strong mechanical properties, resistance to impact and vibration; Good moisture and heat resistance, meeting the requirements of three protections, and can be used in cars and ships.
4. The magnetic plate adopts a thickened and widened iron plastic composite structure, which enhances the magnetic blowing ability, strengthens the insulation and flame retardant properties, and prevents the insulation sheet from being burned out by leakage arc, causing a short circuit in the magneto electric system.
5. The auxiliary switch is used in high-power components of CZC1 (CZ28) -250-630 specifications, designed with double arc extinguishing chambers and a large opening distance of two pairs of one opening and one closing, to reliably open the arc.
6. The right-handed magnetic blowing coil is designed in series with the main circuit, and the upper and lower busbars can be connected to the outside without polarity, which is convenient for users.
