The LWZ2 series universal transfer switch is a new generation product developed by our company in 2000. It has the advantages of small size, compact structure, complete functions, flexible and reliable operation, and beautiful appearance. The structural design and material selection of this product are significantly different from traditional switches, and it has high technical content, comparable to advanced blue series switches abroad. It has a positive significance for improving the reliability and product grade of complete equipment. Before selecting, please read the model and feature description in detail to distinguish between the positioning type and the self replicating type. Choose a DC switch and add DC220V after the model. This series of switches is interchangeable with the CA10 series.
1、 Purpose:
The LWZ2 series transfer switch is mainly used for connecting, disconnecting, and converting circuits in AC 50HZ, rated voltage up to 380V and below, and DC rated voltage up to 220V and below. It can also directly control small capacity motors and master command control.
2、 Structural type
1. Operation mode: There are positioning type, self resetting type, positioning self resetting type, hidden lock type (AS1, AS2), etc. The AS1 hidden lock key is located at the center of the panel, and the key is directly used as the handle. The AS2 hidden lock key is located 40mm below the center of the panel, and the handle can be locked at any position;
2. Operating angles: There are 30 °, 45 °, 60 °, and 90 °, with a general self resetting angle of 30 ° and positioning angles of 45 ° and 60 °;
3. Number of switch sections: There are 1-12 sections (usually 1-3 sections for self resetting type), and each section has two pairs of double break contacts.
3、 Installation and usage conditions
1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;
2. The lower limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed -5 ℃;
3. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
4. When the maximum temperature is+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and special measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes;
5. The switch is installed in an environment with pollution level 3;
6. The switch should be installed in an environment that is resistant to rain, wind, and sand.
