1.3 Purpose
LZZBJ-10 and LZZB-10 current transformers are indoor, epoxy resin cast, all condition products that have been installed in VE-10 mid mounted switchgear and are also suitable for other switchgear. They are used for current and energy measurement and relay protection in power systems with a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 10KV and below
1.4 Structure Introduction: This model of transformer adopts epoxy resin fully enclosed casting molding. Small size, light weight, suitable for installation in any position and direction, with four M10 screw holes at the bottom for installation.
The iron core of LZZB-10 and LZZBJ-10 current transformers is wound in a circular shape with high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and undergoes strict heat treatment. The secondary coil consists of two windings: the measurement level and the protection level.

LZZB-10 and LZZBJ-10 current transformers are only suitable for indoor installation, and their installation locations should comply with the following regulations:
2.1 Environmental temperature: maximum+40 ℃, minimum -10 ℃, daily average temperature not exceeding+30 ℃;
2.2 Altitude: not exceeding 1000M;
2.3 Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the air is 100 (20 ℃), and there are no gases, vapors, dust, or corrosive or explosive media in the atmosphere that seriously affect the transformer;
2.4 This series of products is a reinforced insulation (full working condition) type, which can operate under humid, condensed, and Class II pollution conditions (with an altitude not exceeding 3000M under Class II pollution conditions alone).

The 1-second rated short-time thermal current, rated dynamic stability current, and rated load of the 3.6 transformer are shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
4.1 Installation
The appearance and installation dimensions are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. There are four M10 screw holes at the bottom of the product, which are used to fix the product during installation. The surface of the casting body should not be damaged, and the primary terminal should be prevented from bending under mechanical force. When wiring, the protective oil on the contact surface should be wiped off to ensure good contact.
4.2 Use
Before use, check the wiring of the secondary winding. When the primary current flows from P1 to P2, the secondary current flows from 1S1 and 2S1 to 1S2 and 2S2 respectively through the external load. During operation, attention should be paid to the secondary winding not being open circuited, otherwise dangerous high voltage will be generated at the secondary terminal.
3 Maintenance
The casting body of this product does not require special maintenance, only the dust accumulated on the surface of the casting body needs to be regularly removed.
