The JLSZVW2-10 combination transformer is a three-phase integral casting outdoor product. Suitable for measuring voltage, current, electrical energy, and power in AC 50-60Hz 10kV power systems where the neutral point is not directly grounded.
This series of products adopts single components and is composed of three-phase devices through V/V wiring.
This series of products are fully enclosed, all working condition, and maintenance free products made by one-time casting of outdoor epoxy resin imported from Switzerland. Strong weather resistance and stain resistance, only need to regularly wipe the surface dust. The surface creepage distance is large, suitable for use in high temperature and high humidity areas.
This series of products has strong short-circuit resistance and can withstand large dynamic and thermal stable currents. Considering the long distance from the substation metering point to the control room and the high secondary impedance, this series of products has increased the secondary capacity. And it can meet the requirements of the substation for oil-free transformers, high dynamic and thermal stability, large capacity, and complex transformation ratio.
This series of products has strong anti electricity theft function. The secondary junction boxes of the transformers are all equipped with lead sealed screws to prevent unauthorized disassembly of the secondary junction boxes and electricity theft. The secondary side lead out requires the use of armored cables. In order to prevent electricity thieves from changing the nameplate and stealing electricity, the product has a current transformation ratio cast on the body of the current transformer at the factory, which is convenient for meter readers to verify.
2、 Structure Introduction
1. The PT core of JLSZVW2-10 combination transformer adopts a ring type, with secondary winding and primary winding sleeved on the core column. The secondary winding is wound on an insulating cylinder, and the outermost layers of the first and last sections of the primary winding are equipped with electrostatic screens. Both windings are multi-layer cylindrical, with the primary winding wrapped around the secondary winding and insulation left between the windings.
The primary and secondary coils of the current transformer are in a chain structure. The iron core is made of ultrafine crystalline alloy, and the secondary coil is uniformly wound on the iron core. The primary coil is made of high-quality soft copper strip or glass enameled wire.
2. The casting body is fixed to the base bracket with bolts. The secondary junction box has an outlet at the bottom, and a nameplate is riveted on the junction box cover. There are four screw holes on the bracket for users to install and use. There is a dedicated grounding bolt on the bracket.
