1. Overview
The JT3 series DC electromagnetic relay is used in power drive lines as a time (delay when the product is powered off) voltage, undercurrent, and intermediate relay.

2. Structural features
The JT3 series relays are divided into the following types:

Classified by relay usage
JT3-XX voltage (intermediate) relay;
JT3-XX/1, JT3-XX/3, JT3-XX/5 time relays;
JT3-XXL undercurrent relay.
Note: The two "XX" of the relay model represent the number of normally open contacts and the number of normally closed contacts.

3. Main technical parameters
The delay range of JT3 delay relay is shown in Table 1.
According to the rated voltage and current of the attraction coil:
The coils of voltage relays and time relays have six types of DC voltages: 12, 24, 48, 110, 220, and 440V.
The coil of the undercurrent relay has ten types of DC currents: 1.5, 2.5, 5, 10, 25, 50, 110, 150, 300, and 600A.
Classified by types and quantities of contacts:
There are two types: normally open and normally closed.
There are three types of contacts: two, three, and four.
According to the wiring method, there are two types: front board and back board wiring.
JT3-XX draws up 30~50% of the rated voltage or releases 7~20% of the rated voltage. The return coefficient is not specified. A relay with four contacts has a suction voltage of 35-50% of the rated voltage.
The suction voltage of JT3 XX/l shall not exceed 75% of the rated voltage.
The suction voltage of JT3-XX/3 shall not exceed 75% of the rated voltage.
The suction voltage of JT3-XX/5 shall not exceed 75% of the rated voltage.
The suction current of JT3-XXL is 30-65% of the rated current.
Or the return coefficient is not specified when the current is released at 10-20% of the rated current.
The action accuracy of the relay is ± 10%. The charging time of the relay is about 0.8 seconds. In order to obtain stable delay, the power on time must be greater than 0.8 seconds. The inherent action time of the relay is about 0.2 seconds, and the power loss of the relay coil is about 16 watts in working state.
