Scope and Application

The KBSG series mining explosion-proof dry-type transformer is suitable for use in mines with explosion hazards such as methane and coal dust, as a power distribution device for mechanized mining equipment in coal mines.

Dry type transformers are designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with relevant standards such as GB 3836.1-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environments - Part 1: General requirements", GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical equipment for explosive gas environments - Part 2: Explosion proof type" d "", and GB8286-1996 "Mining explosion-proof type mobile substations".

Structural Overview
1. The dry-type transformer box shell is welded from steel plates, and the main body side adopts corrugated steel plate structure to increase the heat dissipation surface. The upper cover and lower bottom are rolled from steel plates to improve the strength of the shell. There are 4 lifting rings on the upper part of the box, which can be used to lift the entire machine at the same time. The lower part of the box is equipped with a roller trolley with adjustable track gauge of 900mm or 600mm. There are high and low voltage outlet boxes at both ends of the box shell, and each outlet box is equipped with two sets of cable entry devices.
2. The transformer is air self cooled and composed of H-grade insulation material. The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the joints are made of standard 45 ° full diagonal joints, effectively reducing no-load losses and no-load currents.
3. The upper cavity of the dry-type transformer box is equipped with a temperature monitoring device, and the control line is introduced into the low-voltage feeder switch box. The end can be connected to a 127V, 0.3A sound alarm (provided by the user).
When the internal temperature of the transformer is too high due to various reasons, the temperature monitoring device will issue an alarm.
