Scope of application
The QCX2 series magnetic starter (hereinafter referred to as the starter) is suitable for starting and stopping three-phase squirrel cage motors with a rated insulation voltage of 660V at AC 50HZ (or 60HZ) and a rated working current of 95A at a rated working voltage of 380V under the AC-3 usage category. It also provides protection for motor balance overload and phase failure. Compliant with GB14048.4 standard.
The structural type starter has a housing with a protection level of IP65, and the CJX2 contactor is installed inside. The JRS1 thermal relay is inserted into the terminal through three connecting wires and fixed together with the contactor. There are two buttons on the starter housing, the green button is "on", and the red button is "off" and "reset".

Environmental conditions for use

1. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m
2. The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃, with an average value not exceeding+35 ℃ within 24 hours.  
3. Atmospheric conditions: At+40 ℃, the relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. The monthly average minimum temperature of the wettest month does not exceed+25 ℃, and the monthly average maximum relative humidity of that month does not exceed 90%. Measures must be taken to prevent condensation on the product due to temperature changes.  
4. Pollution level: Level 3.  
5. The inclination angle between the installation surface and the vertical surface shall not exceed ± 5 °.  
6. The product should be installed and used in a place without significant shaking, impact, and vibration.
