Scope of application

JS10 electromechanical time relay (hereinafter referred to as relay). Mainly suitable for control circuits with AC 50 Hz, voltage of 220V and 380V, as a delay condition for automatic control of various mechanical, telecommunications or electrical equipment.

This relay operates reliably in the following environments:

1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -5 ℃;
2. The altitude of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m
When the relative humidity of the atmosphere is 40 ℃, the air humidity should not exceed 50%;
4. Pollution level 3;
5. The inclination with respect to the vertical installation surface shall not exceed ± 5 °;
6. Installation category "II";
7. No frequent or excessive vibrations or impacts.

1. Divided by delay range: a. 10s to 2min; b. 20 seconds to 4 minutes; c. 30s to 6min; d. 1min to 12min.  
2. According to the rated control power supply voltage: a. Rated working voltage: AC 50Hz, 380V; b. Rated control capacity: 100VA. 3. Contact parameters: Action and return values: a. Reliable operating voltage: 85% Us ≤ U ≤ 110% Us; b. Reliable return voltage: 50% Us ≤ U ≤ 75% Us; c. The return time of the movable part of the relay shall not exceed Is. The error of the scale value:


Note: Error and variation refer to the measured values at 20 ± 5 ℃. The delay of the relay should be able to achieve smooth and uniform setting, and the error of each moment should not exceed ± 5% of the maximum scale value.

4. The relay is of the power on delay type, and the delay contact is a single break switching contact with three wiring terminals. This relay has a pair of delayed dynamic breaking contacts and a pair of delayed dynamic closing contacts.
