The CDGS series marine transformers are designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of IEC92 publication, and the products have been inspected and approved by the Ship Inspection Bureau of the People's Republic of China. All marine transformer products are dry-type and have B-class insulation. If users require, CSD type products with F-class or H-class insulation can be provided.

Structural characteristics, usage, and conditions of CDGS series marine transformers
⑴ Waterproof type (CDGS)
The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel strip and processed by special technology to reduce no-load current and no-load loss.
The coil is insulated to Class B
The iron core and the outer surface of the coil are cast together with epoxy resin, which has tight waterproof and moisture-proof properties.
The introduction of electric ropes can be conveniently connected through the junction box on the top of the transformer.
⑵ The anti drip type (CDGD, CSGDII, III, CSGD, CSD, PSG) iron core is carefully stacked with high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, which can firmly fix the winding and minimize vibration under usage conditions.
The winding is made of enameled wire, glass wire or composite insulated wire, with insulation levels of B, F or H.
The transformer box is made of high-quality steel plates, which not only fully considers air circulation in the structure, but also effectively prevents dripping and rodents from entering the interior.
The terminal block and replacement terminal post are located inside the transformer box, and the cable can be easily connected to the terminal block through the filling box on the left or right side of the box. This product can be used for lighting, electricity, communication, or electrical steel isolation in ships, ocean platforms, and other fields that meet the following environmental conditions: altitude: ≤ 1000m, ambient temperature: ≤ 45 ℃, relative humidity: ≤ 95%. It is affected by condensation, oil mist, salt spray, and mold. The vibration, impact, angular sway, and inclination of ≤ 15 ℃ generated during normal operation of the vessel.
