1.2 Product Usage and Conditions of Use:
The CS20- (X) A-type manual operating mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the simple CS20- (X) A mechanism) is an operating mechanism that uses a worm wheel worm gear for effortless deceleration and irreversible transmission. It is mainly used to operate outdoor AC high-voltage isolation switches and grounding switches
CS20- (X) A institution can flexibly supply the following different combinations of institutions according to the different needs of users:
(a) Equipped with auxiliary switch and outdoor electromagnetic lock (user provided outdoor electromagnetic lock)
(b) Equipped with auxiliary switch, auxiliary switch wiring terminal, attached with outdoor electromagnetic lock (user provided outdoor electromagnetic lock)
(c) Equipped with an auxiliary switch and an indoor electromagnetic lock (both the outdoor electromagnetic lock and the worm gear transmission mechanism are supplied inside the mechanism box);
(d) Equipped with auxiliary switch, auxiliary switch wiring terminal, and indoor electromagnetic lock (both indoor electromagnetic lock and worm gear worm drive mechanism are supplied inside the mechanism box)
If electromagnetic interlocking is not used, the above combinations are not equipped with outdoor or indoor electromagnetic locks
The environmental conditions for the use of the CS20- (X) A mechanism comply with the corresponding provisions of GB1985<

2. Structure and working principle:
2.1 The CS20- (X) A mechanism drives the worm gear by manually operating the handle, amplifies the human input torque, and outputs it through the mechanism output shaft to drive the isolation switch or grounding switch to "open" and "close" operations. During installation, use pressure plate type coupling combinations, steel pipes, universal joints, etc. to connect with isolation switches or grounding switches, meeting the requirements for smooth "opening" and "closing" of isolation switches or grounding switches
2.2 The output shaft of the CS20- (X) A mechanism is linked with the auxiliary switch, and the switching of the auxiliary switch contact is completed by rotating the output shaft by a certain angle. The normally open contact corresponds to the "open" position of the mechanism.
