The YZU series three-phase asynchronous motor is a specially designed vibration source motor introduced from Japan, used for vibration grinding machines or vibration grinding production lines. It is a specially designed motor that can generate strong vibration force. It is composed of a rotating heavy hammer type excitation mechanism that can adjust the eccentricity and a drive motor integrated with an exciter.
The YZU series motor has a compact structure, high excitation force, long service life, stable operation, good control performance, easy maintenance, and can produce various circular, elliptical, linear, and composite movements.
The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz and the rated voltage is 380V.
(2) The benchmark working system of the electric motor is S1.
(3) The starting method of the electric motor is direct starting.
