Working principle and introduction:
The J115 textile machinery counter uses four sets of counting wheels for digital display and is controlled by a shift adjustment knob. When the shift adjustment knob displays "A", the input shaft rotates and the A group counting wheel counts. If the adjustment knobs are set to B, C, and D respectively, the set of counting wheels that indicates the same number of revolutions as the adjustment knob will display the input shaft's rotation speed. This counter can only perform cumulative counting and does not have a reset mechanism. It can be used to record the output of different shifts on a machine.
Mainly used on weaving machines, ribbon machines, and other machines in the textile industry that implement multi shift systems.
