The YEZ31-32 series conical rotor motor is a product specially designed for construction machinery, which integrates the motor and brake into one. It has braking function (power-off braking, able to brake quickly and reliably), high starting torque and high maximum torque, and has a wide range of applicability.

Working principle of motor: When the motor is powered on, the stator generates a rotating magnetic field, and the axial magnetic field force causes the rotor to overcome the spring force and move axially. The fan brake wheel disengages from the braking state, while the circumferential magnetic field force causes the rotor to rotate. When the motor loses power, the magnetic field force disappears, and under the action of the spring force, the rotor and fan brake wheel reset together. The friction torque of the brake ring brake surface causes the motor to quickly stop and brake.
