JC-2 type impact relay (hereinafter referred to as relay) is used as the main component of central signal in DC operated relay protection and control circuits.
The relay adopts JK-11K, H, and Q standardized housing components, with three structural types: embedded rear wiring (JK-11K), protruding front wiring (JK-11Q), and protruding rear wiring (JK-11H), which can be selected. Internally composed of polarized relays, capacitors, and resistors. The wiring diagram of the back terminal of the relay is shown in Figure 1.

Main technical parameters

Rated DC voltage: 220V, 110V, 48V, 24V.
Impulse action current and impulse return current: Ic=0.1A, not limited by the stable current ∑ Ic.
Maximum long-term stable current: ∑ Icmax=2A.
Power consumption: not greater than 4W when ∑ Ic=2A.
Contact capacity: When the voltage is not greater than 220V and the current is not greater than 1A, it can disconnect DC inductive loads (with a time constant of 5 ± 0.75ms) with a capacity of 20W.
Dielectric strength: The insulation strength of the circuit to the shell can withstand a withstand voltage test of 2000V AC 50Hz for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
