Structure Introduction
The insulation equation logic level of the electric motor is level B, and the stator winding is impregnated to form a complete whole, ensuring that the winding and insulation have good electrical, mechanical, thermal stability, and moisture resistance performance.  
The cast aluminum rotor is fixed on the shaft using a hot sleeve process, and the rotor is dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation and low vibration of the motor.  
The protection level of the main body shell of the motor is IP54, and the junction box is IP55. The structure of the junction box is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of increased safety explosion-proof. It can be made with four directions of output: up, down, left, and right. When viewed from the main shaft extension end, the junction box is placed on the right side of the machine base.  
H160mm and below motors use fully enclosed bearings, with wave spring plates installed in the bearing chamber to press against the bearings with moderate elasticity; The non axial bearing structure can prevent axial movement and reduce vibration and noise during motor operation.
