The YLJ-K-3F series DC torque motor controller (hereinafter referred to as the controller) is a new type of electronic voltage regulation (open and closed loop) controller based on the open-loop control of YKT-3 and LTS. Its main feature is that after the online speed changes, the tension can still be maintained within the allowable range, and the tension suitable for winding products remains basically unchanged. The motor performance and winding performance are directly coordinated and matched, so it can replace traditional complex equipment systems and greatly save investment. It is an ideal matching device for mechatronics torque motors. The controller adopts thyristor for stepless speed regulation of the motor, stable voltage regulation, good starting performance, small size, light weight, high efficiency, and solves the shortcomings of traditional equipment maintenance difficulties, extending the service life.
The YLJ-K-3F series DC torque motor controller is suitable for winding equipment in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemicals, textiles, plastics, wire and cable, printing, papermaking, boilers, cranes, machine tools, and general machinery. The changes in tension and linear velocity during the entire process of gradually increasing winding diameter from the beginning stage are kept within the allowable range.
The controller has two modes of open-loop and closed-loop control. Open loop control has the advantages of simple system and easy adjustment. Closed loop control refers to the use of detection sensors in the system, such as tension sensors, speed sensors, current sensors, temperature sensors, flow sensors, etc., to convert the required physical quantities into voltage signals and feedback them to the controller. The controller achieves closed-loop control of these physical quantities through voltage regulation. The controller adopts GB3797-89 and Q/JBHZ2-99 standards.
