Product Features
The cable branch box is designed for outdoor use, with a fully sealed structure and a box protection level of IP33. The cable joint bracket is made of stainless steel material, and the outer shell is made of 2mm high-quality steel plate or stainless steel. The interior of the box is divided into two parts: the busbar room and the cable room by the top plate of the cable compartment. The wire compartment is a sealed room surrounded by 2mm steel plate. The cable joint bracket is located at the upper part of the busbar room to support the conduit, which is used to fix the cable joint. The phase to phase distance of the cable joint is 180mm. If it is a type with lightning arrester, the lightning arrester is installed at the tail of the cable joint. In addition, short-circuit indicators and live displays are also installed in the busbar room. All live parts in the busbar room undergo strict silicone rubber insulation treatment. The cable compartment is located at the lower part of the busbar room and is the channel for cable entry and exit. There are cable fixing clamps and grounding terminals in the compartment. The surface of the box is treated with electrostatic spraying to make it smooth and beautiful. When using stainless steel plate, surface coating is not required.
