The DZK7.5-30 handle release series DC brake is a reliable safety brake. The product has a compact structure, convenient, flexible, reliable manual release device, and low noise.  
The DZK series brake is fully compatible with Y and Y2 series motors to form the YEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor has a beautiful appearance and is suitable for all occasions it is used for. It can brake quickly and accurately locate.

Working Principle:
According to the DZK series DC brake, when the power is cut off, it uses spring pressure to tightly press the armature, causing the brake disc to produce a huge friction (braking) torque with the armature and the rear end cover of the motor, which can quickly brake rotating objects; When powered on, the principle of electromagnetic attraction and release is used to release the brake disc from the braking state, allowing the passive object to rotate freely.

Debugging method:
Tools: solid wrench, Allen wrench, feeler gauge.
Debugging: Select the working air gap thickness piece of the plug gauge according to the model, insert it near the "δ" point of (23), screw it in (23) to press the plug gauge tightly, then remove the plug gauge by locking it back (23), screw it in (1) to press the end cover flat, and tighten (23). Debug the second point every 120 ° (or 180 °), debug the third point every 120 ° (or 90 °), and debug the fourth point every 120 ° (or 180 °). After debugging, use a feeler gauge (working air gap size) to check that the air gaps at 3 or 4 points are basically uniform, and then tighten them.
When the wear "δ" of the brake friction plate exceeds the maximum value, the above method must be used for adjustment, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the brake.
The distance of the brake armature stroke 'δ' directly affects the braking torque and braking time. When debugging, one should be careful and meticulous. (Attached is the δ table)

Notes:
1. The surface of the armature, rear end cover, and brake disc must be free of oil stains and kept dry and clean;
2. During installation and debugging, it is necessary to ensure that the air gap "δ" is within the working air gap range;
3. The spline sleeve must not have axial movement, and a snap spring must be added to the back end of the spline. When assembling the brake disc, apply an appropriate amount of butter to the spline teeth.
4. After long-term use, it is necessary to maintain the brake, check the air gap, remove friction powder, and improve the braking effect.
