P series planetary gearbox
Performance characteristics:
The P series planetary gear reducer adopts involute planetary gear transmission, making reasonable use of internal and external meshing and power splitting. Therefore, it has the characteristics of light weight, small size, wide transmission ratio range, high efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, and strong adaptability
The box is made of ductile iron, which greatly improves the rigidity and seismic resistance of the box.
Input methods: concentric axis input, helical gear input, bevel gear helical gear input, bevel gear input.
Output methods: internal spline type, hollow shaft shrink disc type, external spline type, solid shaft flat key.
Installation form: horizontal installation, vertical installation, torsion arm installation.
The P series products come in 9-34 specifications, with planetary transmission stages of 2 and 3. The speed ratio is 25-4000.
Adopting modular design, changes and combinations can be made according to customer requirements.
Combining with the R and K series can result in a higher speed ratio.
