The LQG-05 current transformer is an indoor coil type current transformer suitable for measuring current, electrical energy, and relays in AC lines with a rated frequency of 50HZ and a voltage below 500V.
The iron core of LQG-05 current transformer is made of strip cold-rolled electrical steel sheets. The iron core is divided into upper and lower columns, both of which are equipped with secondary coils arranged outside the secondary coil of one column, and there is a magnetic shunt for compensating errors. The primary coil output terminals of transformers 100A and below are welded with terminals. The heads of primary coils of 150A and above are all led out from the original copper strip of the coil, while the heads of secondary coils are connected to the rubberwood terminal block. Both the starting and ending ends of the primary and secondary coils are marked with P1, P2, S1, and S2. The clamping parts of the iron core are made of steel plates and bent into a right angle shape as a fixed base. And it is equipped with installation holes. In the other pair of clamps, one clamp is slightly longer, and a grounding bolt is installed at its raised end, while the other end is equipped with a wiring socket.
