1、 Working principle
YFL hydraulic puller is a replacement product of DYF, which adopts high-strength alloy steel claws and advanced production technology, and has the characteristics of long service life. The hydraulic starting rod moves forward directly, so the pushing rod itself does not rotate. The hook and claw seat can also be adjusted to move forward and backward directly with the thread. During operation, as long as the handle swings back and forth slightly, the hydraulic starting rod moves forward, and the hook and claw correspondingly moves backward to pull out the pulled object. If space permits, our company's wheel puller (YZL integrated hydraulic puller) can be used.

1. When the oil level of the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to first add working oil (YB-N32 hydraulic oil) to the pump before it can work.
2. Before use, the corresponding tonnage of hydraulic puller should be selected based on the outer diameter, pulling distance, and load force of the pulled object. Overloading should be avoided to avoid damaging the puller.
3. When using, first connect the quick connector of the manual pump to the hydraulic puller, then select the appropriate position, tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump, adjust the hook and claw seat to the point where the hook catches the pulled object, and the piston starting rod moves forward smoothly under the action of the manual pump oil pressure. The hook moves back correspondingly, and the pulled object is pulled out.
4. Loosen the oil drain screw on the manual pump, and the piston starting rod gradually retracts under the action of the spring.
5. To prevent damage to machinery caused by overloading, the hydraulic device is equipped with an overload automatic unloading valve. When the pulled object exceeds the rated load, the overload valve will automatically unload and a larger tonnage hydraulic puller will be used instead.

5、 Precautions
a) If there is a phenomenon of empty tapping during use, you can first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, lift the pump body vertically and tap downwards a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw, and continue to use.
b) When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the components.
c) This machine uses oil as the medium, and it is necessary to maintain the oil and this equipment properly to avoid clogging or oil leakage, which may affect the effectiveness of use.
d) A new or long-term hydraulic puller, due to the presence of a large amount of air in the cylinder, may experience a slight jump in the piston rod when it is first used. The hydraulic puller can be moved back and forth 2-3 times without load to eliminate the air in the chamber. Long term idle Lamar, due to the long-term non operation of the seal, causes the seal to harden, thereby affecting the service life of the Lamar. Therefore, when the Lamar is not in use, it should be moved back and forth with no load 2-3 times a month.
