3、 Structural features
The CZ18 series DC contactor adopts a snap on electromagnet that rotates at a winding angle, with a single winding attraction coil; The main contact is a single break point finger structure, connected in series, series magnetic blowing, and a ceramic arc extinguishing cover to form an arc extinguishing system, which is fixed one in front and one behind the electromagnetic system on the large base plate; The bridge type double break auxiliary head, which is normally divided and normally combined into one group, is arranged on both sides of the electromagnet; The front wiring of contactors with rated currents of 40A and 80A does not have a live magnetic system, while contactors with rated currents of 160A and above have a back wiring and a live magnetic system, so they must be installed on an insulation board.
