main purpose
1. Various types of oil immersed transformers, oil immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, hydraulic systems, and low oil relays are subjected to on-site oil filtration and replenishment.
2. On site hot oil circulation drying is more effective for the above equipment, especially for oil immersed current, voltage transformers, and low oil circuit breakers. working principle
The vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil, and is mainly composed of components such as a coarse filter, heater, vacuum cylinder, atomizer, vacuum pump, exhaust pump, cooler, temperature controller, precision filter, and electrical control.
Start the vacuum pump system, and when the negative pressure on the vacuum gauge reaches 0.06, the oil inlet valve can be opened to allow the purified oil to enter the coarse filter from the main oil tank, where larger water particles and impurities are removed from the oil. The crude purified oil enters the heater, and the heated oil enters the vacuum cylinder, and then passes through the atomizer. Under certain temperature and vacuum conditions, the oil-water is fully atomized, the water evaporates upwards, and the oil drops downwards. The water and gas contained in the oil are atomized and then extracted by the vacuum pump. Entering the cooler, the hot steam is cooled into water through water cooling. Some of the uncondensed steam is discharged through a vacuum pump. When the oil level in the vacuum cylinder reaches the center of the lower observation hole, the oil discharge pump can be started to send the oil to the fine filter, remove particles and impurities, and then discharge it into the main oil tank.
Instructions for Use
(1) Preparation before use
1. Open the electrical box, check if all electrical components are intact, if they are loose or damp, and remove any debris.
2. Check if the rotation direction of the motor is correct and should conform to the direction indicated by the arrow.
3. Check whether the bolts and nuts of each part of the machine are loose, observe the vacuum pump oil window, and whether the vacuum oil reaches the oil mark line.
4. Connect the main power supply and ground wire.
5. Close the drain valve of the cooler, check if the hose joints are loose, and connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes.
6. Check if the coarse filter and fine filter are installed properly.
7. Close all valves.
(2) Start up
1. Open the electrical box door, close the main power switch, and adjust the temperature controller to between 45-65 degrees;
2. Start the vacuum pump and observe that the negative pressure on the vacuum gauge reaches the specified value; (Generally close to -0.06MPa is sufficient)
3. After the vacuum pump is running normally, open the oil inlet valve and observe the oil level in the vacuum cylinder;
4. When the oil level reaches the lower window of the vacuum cylinder, start the oil discharge pump. The heater can only be turned on when the oil is circulating normally. At the beginning of use, because the machine is wet inside or the water in the oil is too large, a lot of oil foam will be produced in the vacuum cylinder. At this time, the air valve can be slightly opened to reduce the vacuum and eliminate foam. If the turbine oil contains too much moisture, attention must be paid to the rise of oil droplets during normal use. The oil droplets should not exceed the upper window to avoid entering the vacuum pump and causing malfunctions. After the machine runs normally, close the intake valve. To operate normally, it is necessary to control the rise of oil droplets and maintain the vacuum degree at around -0.08MPa.
(3) Operation precautions
1. The working temperature of the vacuum pump shall not exceed 75 degrees Celsius
2. All motors should not exceed a temperature of 60 degrees Celsius when operating without abnormal noise.
3. Pay attention to the pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge exceeds the specified value, stop the machine and clean the filter screen.
4. If the oil intake is too small, check the coarse filter and whether the filter screen is clogged. If it is clogged, clean it with kerosene and continue to use it.
(4) Shutdown precautions:
The heater must be stopped first, then the vacuum pump must be stopped, and the oil inlet valve must be closed. After the tank is emptied, the oil discharge pump must be stopped, and finally the main power supply must be cut off. Open the vent valve and drain the water from the cooler.
