1、 Scope of application
CZ21-16, CZ21-40, CZ22-63 DC contactors are mainly used for long-distance connection and disconnection of DC power lines with rated voltage up to 440V and rated heating current up to 25A, 40A, and 63A, respectively. And it is suitable for frequent starting, stopping, reversing, and reverse braking of DC motors.
2、 Structural features
The contactors are derived from CJ10-20A, CJ20-40, and CJ20-63A, with a vertical structure of two layers, a direct acting structure, a bridge shape, and double break silver cadmium oxide points. The main contact and arc extinguishing system of the permanent magnet constant magnetic field magnetic blowing clay arc extinguishing system are located on the upper layer of the contactor, with good arc extinguishing performance, long electrical life, reliable breaking ability, and any current below; The "E" type direct acting electromagnet is equipped with a buffer spring, which is beneficial for improving the service life of the machine. The attraction coil can be AC or DC, and the voltage level can be selected by the user according to their needs; The bridge shaped double breakpoint silver alloy auxiliary contact is located on both sides of the contactor.
