Instructions:
1、 Instructions for using lifting fixtures:
1. Three point or four point lifting method is used for small and medium-sized steel plates or components.
2. When using steel plates or component traps, the balanced beam suspension method is employed
3. For difficult to find center of gravity objects during lifting, at least three points should be used for lifting.
4. Lifting fixtures (excluding PDK type) are used to lift two or more steel plates, one large and one small, simultaneously without cooling. As shown in Figure 1
5. It is prohibited to lift steel plates or components unilaterally. As shown in Figure 2
6. The angle of the steel wire rope during lifting should not exceed 60 degrees. As shown in Figure 3
7. Overloading is strictly prohibited
2、 Inspection of lifting fixtures:
1. The lifting fixture should be carefully inspected before use. If any of the following situations occur, it should be stopped from use:
(1) Wear limit of the tooth profile of the gear plate body:

When the wear limit exceeds this value, it should be scrapped.
(2) There are two or more instances of tooth loss on the toothed plate, as shown in Figure 4
(3) Pin bending exceeds 1.5 millimeters per 100 millimeters in length, as shown in Figure 5
(4) The wear of the pin diameter is 1/20 of the limit size, as shown in Figure 6
