I. Overview

The PS74 single-phase standard energy meter is a digital instrument designed using the principle of time division multiplier. It is small in size, light in weight, easy to use, and can be paired with high stability AC power sources to form an energy meter calibration device, which can calibrate single-phase energy meters with a power frequency of 0.2 level or below. The product consists of multipliers, i-f converters, frequency dividers, and other components. The input voltage and input current are respectively converted into current signals proportional to the input quantity through sampling resistors and current transformers. This current signal is then converted into high-frequency pulse signals through multipliers and i-f converters, which are proportional to the input power. After frequency division and isolation, the high-frequency pulse signal is converted into high-frequency and low-frequency pulse outputs, and sent to the display unit to display electrical energy in a pulse accumulation manner.
Input voltage and current can only be applied after turning on the product power; On the contrary, the input voltage and current should be reduced before turning off the power supply of the product.
Before measurement, the product should be preheated for at least 0.5 hours. The product only displays forward power. When the input voltage and current phases are opposite, there is no pulse counting in the display window. At this point, the two input terminals of the input current should be swapped. Attention should be paid to the range of input voltage and current, which should not exceed the input range of the product. The product should be stored indoors, with an ambient temperature of 0 ℃ -40 ℃, a relative humidity of no more than 80%, and no corrosive gases in the air.
