The LK5 series master controller is suitable for circuits with AC 50HZ voltage up to 380 volts and DC voltage up to 440 volts. It is mainly used for remote control of various types of power drive devices and can control interlocking and conversion devices that require a large number of control circuits. It is suitable for frequent operation tasks. But it is not suitable for use in chemically active, flammable gases, dusty, and very humid places.

Structure of LK5 series master controller

Except for LK5-227, which is waterproof, all other main controllers in this series are made of protective type. Their switch devices are enclosed in a shell. In order to avoid accidental contact with live parts and prevent foreign objects from falling into the switch device, the shell is fixed to the body with a buckle.
Action principle of LK5 series master controller

The opening and closing of the contact is achieved through the support of the contact, the action of the moving contact, and the spring. When the roller supporting the contact acts on the edge of the cam, the contact is disconnected. When the roller on the contact support is located in the cam recess, the action of the spring causes the moving contact to close with the stationary contact.
