DDSY23 III single-phase electronic prepaid energy meter is used to measure single-phase electrical energy with a rated frequency of 50/60Hz. Simultaneously complete the prepaid electricity management and load control functions of purchasing electricity before using it. All its performance meets the technical requirements of Class 1.0 single-phase energy meters in GB/T18460.3-2001 standard.

Function card:
Power purchase card: Each meter is equipped with a power purchase card, which is kept by the user. The power supply department uses this card to open an account for new users through a dedicated electricity sales system and writes the account opening information into the card. New users can load the account opening and other information from their card into their own electricity meter to use electricity normally. When the remaining electricity in the user's meter is insufficient, the user can use the purchase card to purchase electricity from the power supply department, and then install it into the meter to continue using electricity.
Setting card: The power management department initializes the electricity meter (resets) or sets/checks the property code.
Meter replacement card: Used by the power supply management department when replacing similar meters. This card can retrieve data from the old meter and load it into a new meter that has been cleared but not yet opened.
Meter reading card: used by the power supply management department during inspections. Operated by dedicated meter readers. Each meter reading card can read the electricity consumption information of 100 meters.
Overdraft card: Used by the power management department to set/view the meter overdraft function.
